Scientific Activities
The staff of the Chair and Department of Pharmaceutical Technology is involved in a diverse range of research and development projects. Their work encompasses the exploration of modern drug formulation technologies, studies on innovative therapy forms, and efforts to improve pharmaceutical processes. Additionally, the department collaborates with other scientific institutions and pharmaceutical companies, fostering knowledge exchange and the creation of interdisciplinary projects.
Moreover, members of the Laboratory of Practical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care maintain active contacts with the profession through community pharmacies and pharmaceutical care offices, holding significant roles in the Greater Poland Chamber of Pharmacy. This engagement enables the implementation of projects related to professional counseling and pharmaceutical care, particularly in the context of interprofessional collaboration to provide comprehensive support for patients.
An essential aspect of these projects involves developing nationwide guidelines for pharmacists providing services within the framework of pharmaceutical care.
